A Restorative Yoga Experience with The Radiance Sutras

Settle into stillness and open to the tender mystery of The Beloved Within. In this deeply restorative practice, we’ll rest into supportive poses designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and awaken the heart’s quiet knowing.

As your body softens and breath deepens, gentle readings from The Radiance Sutras will guide us inward — weaving poetry, devotion, and presence. Each verse is an invitation to remember the sacred love that lives within all things, the timeless dance between stillness and motion, self and spirit.

This class is an offering of rest, reverence, and remembrance — a sanctuary for your soul to feel held, seen, and loved.

No experience necessary. Just bring your body, your breath, and an open heart. Cost is $20 or included with Membership!
