Mudras

Sacred hand gestures evoke certain attitudes & energies within the practitioner. They help to focus the mind & direct energy in specific ways. Practicing mudras improve your physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual well-being. The many different benefits from using vary specifically from mudra to mudra. The fingers of the hand represent the five basic elements that make up the human body: Earth, Water, Fire, Air,& Space. Fingertips have many concentrated nerve root endings which act as free energy discharge points. On touching the finger tips together in different ways or to other parts of the palm channels & balances the flow of energy within our body, and the energy traveling through the nerves stimulates the various chakras.

In this class you will learn how to do 5 different Mudras & their benefits. We will include practice along with breathwork & meditation!
