Join us for a New Moon Sound Bath, where the energy of the new moon invites fresh beginnings. Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, Koshi chimes, rainstick, and other harmonic instruments from around the world.
Cultivate a clear mind and sense of calm as you allow the vibrational waves of the crystal singing bowls to envelop you, elevating your frequency and leading to a deeper level of self-understanding, liberation, and peace.
This session provides an opportunity to write your goals and desires onto the blank slate of your life. We will take time to mindfully meditate on your goals and then set them into motion with intentionality and purpose. Bring your favorite journal to jot down your intentions! We provide the hot tea!
Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional balance, or simply a nurturing pause, this session offers a peaceful, supportive environment to focus on what you want to cultivate in your life.
Sessions are held in our studio located at 125 Thunderbird, Suite B, El Paso, TX 79912.

NOTE ** Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the sessions begins to check in and get settled. Late arrivals will NOT be admitted due to the meditation nature of the session.
