MEDITATION + SOUND BATH COMBO starts at 10:00am-11:30am - Create Personal Change and transformation. Develop heart and brain coherence + tune into the present moment! Sound Bath will immediately following the Meditation. And since you are already in a state of heart/brain coherence you will quickly reach the parasympathetic state during the Sound Bath!!
SOUND BATH 2:00-3:00pm "Realign + Restore" Focused healing frequencies are used to assist you in realigning and restoring your body's natural vibratory rates allowing health and wellness to be present again.
