Entry eligibility:
Maximum of 3 events per player.
Multiple partners are allowed, as long as the pairings are appropriate for the event registered in. You cannot jump flights if you play with the same partner.
If you play 2 singles, you MUST play in consecutive flights (A/B, B/C, C/D, D/E).
If you play 2 mixed or 2 doubles events with the SAME PARTNER, you MUST play in consecutive flights (A/B, B/C, C/D, D/E).
For example, you can play BMD and DMD with different partners, given that the pair is of appropriate skill level for the flight. However, you CANNOT play BMD and DMD with the same partner.
You must play at the level of the higher ranked player (i.e. C/D team must play in C or higher).
Senior events: Men and Women’s doubles only. Pairs must be ages 40+ AND 90+ combined.
All entries will be reviewed and may be adjusted accordingly. SGVBC Rankings and previous tournament results will be used as reference for seeding. The tournament committee reserves the right to move players without any notice. Check tournamentsoftware.com for the latest updates.
Events may be combined or played round robin if not enough entries are received.
Players using a fake name may be disqualified.
Women are allowed to play in men’s events but men are NOT allowed to play in women’s events.
Fees & Registration:
$45 for the first event, $30 for each additional event (up to 3 events only).
Register on www.tournamentsoftware.com. Each player in doubles must submit separate entries (Names must match).
Payments must be made online through Paypal
No phone entries. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
FREE Tournament T-shirt to players registered in 2 or more events. Tournament shirts will be available for purchase in the Pro-shop.
Entry Deadline:
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 21, 2025 11:59 PM PST
No late entries will be accepted. Canceled events will be refunded after the tournament.
Prizes:
$4000 Cash Prize Purse for Champions and runner-ups of Open, B, & C Events.
Medals awarded to champions and runner-ups for D and E Events.
Schedule:
Saturday May 31 - 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Tournament play (All events up to quarter-finals)
Sunday June 1 – 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Quarter-finals, Semifinals, Finals and consolation rounds.

Other conditions:
All matches will be played using the 3x21 BWF Rally Scoring System.
Everyone is guaranteed at least two games (Losing your first match puts you in the consolation bracket).
Consolation rounds will be held for each event excluding round robins.
On court warm-up is restricted to 3 minutes.
Player must be ready to play when his/her match is called. Default rule of 10 minutes will be strictly enforced. No refund if defaulted. Matches may be called earlier than the scheduled match time.
One Yonex Tournament shuttle will be provided per match. Players must provide their own additional shuttles.
The tournament organizers reserve the right to change any of the above conditions.
