"Yin-dica Yoga" with Toke n Flow

Join us for the "dopest self care in the area".

This beginner friendly yoga class is paired with plant medicine to help you get an even deeper level of self awareness and connection with your practice.

Each class begins with a short smoke session outdoors, then we hit the mats inside of Sublime for a low impact, easy to follow floor based yoga session designed to open up the energy centers of the body and get the energy flowing smoothly.

No yoga experience necessary, but please to do not partake in the plant medicine unless you are used to smoking and comfortable doing so. (You do not have to consume to participate in class)
