EHS Class of 1970's 55th Reunion

Is it spring yet?? Hello, fellow EHS classmates. June 20th is rapidly approaching. We held a reunion meeting recently, although 2 of the committee members were unable to make it. We hammered out a few more details, with a few still to be finalized. First of all, some deaths to report. Warren "Babe" Stahlhut, EHS class of 1960 and retired Phys Ed teacher and coach, passed away February 21, 2025, at the age of 83. He started teaching at EHS in 1969. Hitting closer to home, our own classmate and multi-sport standout Morris Bradshaw passed away January 3, 2025, at the age of 72. He excelled at football at EHS, Ohio State University and the Oakland Raiders, winning Super Bowl rings in SB XI and XV. An award and scholarship fund are being set up in his name at EHS. More on that at a later date. Our reunion is set for the evening of June 20, 2025, at The Outlet on IL Hwy 157 South. We will include a photo booth at the reunion. Cost is $55.00 per person and can be made via check to Mike Freitag, 2146 Gun Club Lane, Maryville IL 62062. If you'd rather use PayPal, send your payment to Mike using the 'for friends and family option', not the 'for goods and services' option. That option adds a $1.90 service charge. We are still working on a venue for the night after, Saturday, June 21st. Both events are informal, but if you want to dress up for either one, have at it! The venues we are still considering are the Outlet, Big Daddy's, The Club House as well as Global Brew. More on this and (hopefully) final details soon! Stay tuned!
