EHS Class of 1970 55th year reunion

Edwardsville High School Class of 1970,
Class of 70, I think it is time to give you a heads up about where we currently stand with our upcoming 62025 reunion. We are calling it that because the date we have set for the reunion is 06/20/25. Because this date falls on a Friday we are reversing the usual order of our weekend events. We will be having the main sit down for a meal event on Friday from 5 PM to 10 PM at “The Outlet” which is connected to Edison’s located at 2447 South Rte. 157 Edwardsville, Ill. The more casual, you’re on your own, get together will be on Saturday, at a bar or another gathering place that is yet to be determined. We will send the info when we nail that down. The cost for this reunion will be $55/pp with drinks not included. It seems that there are now 15 or 20 Michael Freitag “Pay Pal” accounts out there, so I am abandoning that form of payment. Please, please do not use Pay Pal. I have set up a Zelle account with my bank so please send your money that way or by check. The Zelle account is under Michael W. Freitag and uses my phone number 618-402-0240. If you need a nick name it is Mike. If you choose to pay by check, send it to Michael W. Freitag, 2146 Gun Club Lane, Maryville, Illinois 62062. The Outlet has its own bar and restrooms with both indoor and outdoor connected areas. I have heard very good things from other classes that have used it. They also have games like Cornhole, bar bowling, darts, bocci ball, etc. We are looking into setting up some competitive competitions but have not set that in stone. I am looking forward to seeing all of you again so please plan to get here for this “Double Nickel” event.
