Meet Your Hosts:

Given Lyrics was started by Beth and Jim Given, a couple with a passion for music. It is a family business that even our children help out with, at times. Beth loves to sing and has been a finalist in several singing competitions. She (me 😉) is lucky enough to be married to the best sound guy around!! Dubbed "The best sound guy ever!" by the world renowned Harp Twins in 2022, Jim makes EVERYONE sound like a professional. On a rare occasion, Jim might even be persuaded by the crowd to sing!

Our fill in for Jim when he isn't available is the lovely and musically talented Brook Garrett! She plays just about every instrument known to man and was in most of the recent Gouverneur musical and drama productions until her graduation in 2024. She has the voice of an angel, but I might be a little biased. She loves to come hang out with her mom and share our love of music while making a little 💰!
