Trista’s Tools: Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude
Life asks a lot of us, and sometimes the hardest work isn’t what we do out in the world, but how we hold what lives inside of us. Compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude are three of the most powerful tools we can carry they open the heart, soften old wounds, and help us meet ourselves and others with more kindness and truth.
In this workshop, we’ll explore these practices not as lofty ideas, but as lived experiences we can return to again and again. Together we’ll reflect, move, and share simple but transformative tools for:
- Practicing compassion with ourselves and others, even when it feels difficult
- Exploring forgiveness as a path to release and freedom, not forgetting or excusing
- Cultivating gratitude as a way to shift our perspective and anchor into what is life-giving
This will be a space for reflection, guided practices, and meaningful conversation. You’ll leave with tools you can carry into your daily life, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself and to the people around you.
Come ready to breathe, soften, and discover how these three tools can help you step into more peace, clarity, and wholeness.
