In this experiential 3-week journey, you’ll learn how to:
Recognize your body’s unique stress signals before they take over
Reset your state in minutes with breath, movement, and sensory tools
Create an “anchor practice” that keeps you grounded every day
What You’ll Experience
Week 1: Understanding Your Body’s Stress Language
Learn how your nervous system works, identify your personal “tells” for stress vs. safety, and practice a guided body scan to map patterns of tension and holding. Leave with a simple daily check-in and grounding breath.
Week 2: Somatic Tools for Calm and Clarity
Explore accessible movements, breathwork, and sensory input that help you down-regulate or energize when needed. Choose one tool to practice daily for a week and feel the shifts in real time.
Week 3: Building Your Nervous System Anchor
Integrate what you’ve learned into a repeatable, embodied ritual that keeps you steady. Share what’s shifted, refine your personal anchor, and leave with a 7-day practice tracker to keep the momentum going.
