This session is a guided conscious connected breathwork experience to help you put down old weight and make space for what truly nourishes you.
We will work with conscious connected breathing, gentle somatic cues, and simple integration so the shift you feel in the room can follow you home.
What to expect:
-A short teaching releasing what doesn't serve
-Safety guidelines and clear instruction for conscious connected breathwork
-A 60 minute breathwork journey
-Integration with journaling and a brief sharing option
-Take home practices to keep the work alive
Why it helps:
-Lowers stress and softens mental noise
-Supports emotional release without forcing anything
-Opens capacity to receive care, clarity, and support
Beginners and experienced breathers are welcome. All practices are guided and optional. You choose your pace.
