Join Eniko for an interactive and educational 90-minute workshop dedicated to exploring and understanding your legs and feet! This session is designed to be a fun, hands-on learning experience where you will discover how engaging your quadriceps can help calm overactive hamstrings, and how experimenting with hip internal and external rotation and different foot placements—like stacking the heel over the ball of the foot—can improve your stability and buoyancy.
Throughout the workshop, Eniko will guide you with clear explanations and demonstrations, helping you deepen your understanding of how these muscles and movements support your practice.
By the end of your time together, you will feel more confident and connected to your body, with a greater sense of stability, balance, and ease in your movements. You will leave with practical tools and insights to enhance your yoga practice and daily life, feeling empowered, energized, and more in tune with your ground foundation.
To finish, you will enjoy a calming 30 minute yin segment to help you relax, release tension, and integrate what you have learned. This workshop is perfect for anyone eager to learn more about their body, improve their alignment, and build a stronger, more balanced foundation from the ground up!
