Hosted in our welcoming space, this event features a restorative yoga session and guided meditation led by a certified YogaFit instructor, perfect for all experience levels. In addition to the yoga flow, you’ll hear from a local chiropractor who will share insights on the importance of movement, alignment, and mindfulness in your daily life. Learn how small, intentional practices can have a big impact on your overall well-being!
