Beginner Pole Workshop

Ready to try something fun and challenging in a small supportive environment? Our Beginner Pole class is perfect for those new to pole dance or looking to build a strong foundation. In this class, you’ll learn basic spins, combinations, and beginner-friendly tricks while developing strength, coordination, and confidence—no experience needed!

What to wear: Start with layers! Sweatpants are great for warming up. For pole work, skin contact helps with grip, so we recommend wearing shorts underneath or bringing them to change into. Bikinis or sports bras are totally welcome if you’re comfortable—this is your space to move and feel good in your body. Bare feet or socks are best.

Come ready to sweat, laugh, and unleash your inner powerhouse!
