This is an in-person networking event for Outer Cape Community Solutions' current or interested network partners! The day will be a mix of interactive presentations, networking opportunities, and facilitated small group discussions on the unique challenges and opportunities we have on the Outer Cape to improve outcomes related to social determinants of health.
We will dive into current partner activities and learn from colleagues abroad as we dive into OCCS' 5 year Community Health Improvement Plan on 5 key areas: Transportation, Food Access, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, and Housing.
We will have a mix of LOCAL and STATEWIDE presenters to support shared learning and collaboration! (Currently finalizing speakers)
Breakfast and lunch will be provided provided by the Sheraton and C*Shore respectively.
Agencies are encouraged to bring organizational resources to share with colleagues!
In order to make proper arrangements for food and set up, please RSVP by June 15.

Info: Featuring local public health experts to share their role in the OCCS network and broader Outer Cape community.
Info: We will have speakers from the Outer Cape and other rural communities across Massachusetts highlight their CHIP-related area of expertise. We will start with a brief introductory panel then move into breakout groups. Conversations provide time for reflection and advocacy around current local efforts as well as shared learning around potential solutions employed by other rural communities across the state.
