Ready to turn up the heat this summer? Join the Summer Sweat Series — your invitation to commit to one bonus workout each week, on top of your regular wellness routine. This is your chance to push yourself a little further, break a new sweat, and feel the difference in your strength, energy, and mindset.

Whether you're chasing a goal or just want to challenge yourself, we’re here to cheer you on. Let’s sweat, grow, and thrive together this summer! 💪☀️

💪Coach Chase kicks us off with Warrior W.O.D (Workout of the Day). Tuesday 5:30p through June. These workouts will combine strength and endurance to give you a strong baseline for the rest of the series.

💪Coach Aimee brings the fun and games in July, with Recess Reset. Fun outdoor challenge for your balance and agility. Continuing on Tuesdays 5:30p

💪Coach Jen Gartland is back in August with her famous Rise & Prime series starting Tuesdays 6:30 am

Each 4-week series is $75 / $50 with your Warrior Pass
