Food is Your Foundation is an empowering nutrition event focused on how what you eat lays the groundwork for healing, recovery, and overall wellness. Join Daphne Morrissey, owner of Onebody Fitness and Nutrition, as she shares practical tips and insights on using food to support your body’s natural healing processes. This class will discuss supporting your bone health, neurological vitality, cancer recovery, and so much more.
Whether you're managing a condition, healing from a surgery, or simply looking to feel your best, this event will help you build a strong nutritional foundation for lifelong health.
