This is not your typical martial arts class. This class will teach you this beautiful Afro-Brazilian martial art, which includes strikes, kicks and take-downs integrated with dance, animalistic movements, and acrobatics, at a great workout pace with the goal of improving your coordination, flexibility and strength. You'll also get a fully authentic experience as you learn to play the traditional Berimbau, various percussion instruments, and to sing Capoeira music in Portuguese while learning the rich culture and history surrounding this discipline.
