Sunday Sound Bath with Reiki ✨🧡🎼

Join us for our next sound bath session at The Loft Glasgow and experience a deep meditation of sound healing combined with reiki.

What to expect ✨

You will be guided through a gentle breath work visual meditation followed by a journey of sounds such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and drum. The session also includes a few minutes of individual reiki healing to end the session.

Sound healing promotes ✨

deep relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and enhances focus. It can help with emotional balance, pain relief, and chakra alignment while boosting energy flow and immunity.
