Meditation with Reiki

Join us for monthly soothing sound healing session hosted by Sound Health & Wellness Staff. This immersive event is designed to promote mindfulness through the calming breath work.

Led by Reiki Master Nancy Bowe, enjoy the opportunity to relax and unwind while you are led through breath work and a soothing guided meditation followed by Reiki healing to balance your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is an energy healing modality using optional gentle touch to balance and restore life force energy in the body.

We will end our event with journaling. Journaling can reduce anxiety and depression, cultivate gratitude, and make you happier. Prompts will be provided, or you may choose to reflect on the evening’s experience. We will close with a sharing circle.
