Learn About Vietnamese Cuisine with Chef Somath Om

Join us for an interactive class where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the foundations of Vietnamese cuisine while learning how to prepare fresh spring rolls (Gỏi cuốn).

Chef Somath Om is the co-owner of Coco Leaf, in Dorchester. He's a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and has worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Spain. In the United States, he's worked for many years as chef de cuisine of O Ya restaurant in New York City. Once he moved to Boston, he decided to open Coco Leaf, a local Vietnamese hangout spot for students and the community.
