Through embodiment practices, quiet reflections and supportive connections we will reclaim and reconnect our intuition to ground, release and realign. What you seek you already have, we have everything we need already within us, we just need reminding sometimes. Come as you are leave with more of yourself. It’s all about letting go and returning to our authentic self and spending time with like minded people. ❤️✨🌱🙏
How the day looks at a glance:
✨11.30 am till 12.00pm Arrival, welcomes and refreshments - intention setting and cleansing.
✨12.00 - 12.30 Guided journey - mind body connection.
✨12.30 - 1.00pm lunch provided but please bring your own lunch if you have dietary requirements. I cannot cater for all individuals. Also if you would like to bring something to share please do but that is optional. 🙏
✨1.00 - 2.00 pm Empowerment workshop, values, boundaries and inner voice.
✨2.00 - 2.30 pm Intuitive movement workshop ( gentle flow)
✨2.30 - 3.30 pm Creative crafts - Copper wrapping for necklaces and freestyle drawing
✨3.30 - 4.30 pm Sound Therapy Journey - Resonance Sound therapy taking you on your very own journey through sound.
✨4.30 - 5.00 pm Collective Hands on healing - feel the love and power of hands on healing - receive and give.
✨5.00 - 5.30 pm Letting go Ritual and closing circle.
✨Please bring with you a yoga mat, (I have some spare) snuggle blanket, cushion, eye mask or anything else that would make you comfortable when relaxing. ✨

This is a donation only event although when booking I ask for a £10 booking free, this is due to people booking on other free events and then not turning up. Your £10 will be offered back to you on the day and you can donate an amount you can afford. All welcome 16 +🙏
