✨ A little about the teacher:
Annis comes from a background in dance and musical theatre, where yoga first supported her breath, focus, and physical steadiness before performing. That early connection grew into a deep personal practice and eventually led her to Bali, where she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training 🌍
She has taught across the UK and Germany and brings a strong sense of community, creativity, and connection into every class. Her teaching style blends power, flow, and softness, creating a space where students feel supported, challenged, and grounded 🌱
