Somatic Movement & Yin Yoga
From breath into embodied presence, you’ll move through a nurturing sequence of gentle somatic movement and introspective Yin Yoga. These practices are designed to release tension, awaken awareness, and restore balance in both body and mind. Each posture and movement becomes a conversation with your inner world—an invitation to listen, to feel, and to return to the wisdom you already carry.
Live Violin Savasana Serenade
You’ll then be cradled by the soul-stirring sounds of live violin as you rest in savasana. This serenade is more than music—it’s medicine.
