It's Pride Month and this jam is dedicated to our LGBTQIA+ community! Triangle Acro's 6th Annual Pride Jam is an opportunity to gather, show off our rainbow colors, and create some fun acro stacks and group pyramids together. We will meet at the South Lawn of Duke Gardens near the pond. Please carpool if possible and bring water/sunscreen. Restrooms and a water fountain are available in the gardens. Beginners welcome!
We recommend everyone wear black or dark bottoms and bring shirts in 3+ colors. Colors needed include red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo (dark purple), violet (light purple), pink, teal, white, black, and brown. We also recommend folks come with a few small or large group poses in mind for photos. Please comment below with what color shirts you plan to bring and any links or images of group poses you may want to try at the jam.
In case of inclimate weather on 6/29, we'll move the Pride Jam to 3- 6pm at Triangle Rock Club Durham. Reach out to an organizer if you need a guest pass and we'll try to find one for you!

Support is more than just showing up for the fun stuff! If you are able, please contribute $5-25 via venmo to @Aimee-Kresica who will make a group donation to the most suggested charity. We've previously donated to the LGBTQ Center of Durham, the Trevor Project, EqualityNC, and other progressive charities which champion and support the rights of LGBTQIA+ people. If you can't donate this year, you're invited to share what actions you plan to take to support your LGBTQIA+ community or to support yourself as a person affected by anti-LGBTQIA+ actions. We take care of us!
