Italian Cafe - Learn to make cannoli and the perfect cup of espresso

Join us for a hands on cannoli making class where you'll learn to make cannoli from scratch. You will make 8 to 12 shells and have plenty to take home!

Yiou will start by making your own cannoli dough. Then you will fry your shells, and create your own filling choosing from a variety of delicious options like hazelnut, pistachio, and the classic ricotta. Once your shells are perfectly filled, you can enjoy your creations alongside a cup of fresh espresso. It's a fun and tasty way to immerse yourself in the art of Italian pastry making and cafe/bar culture.

Whether you're a seasoned chef or a curious beginner, this class promises to be both fun and informative, allowing you to bring a taste of Sicilian dessert into your own kitchen. Don't miss out on this culinary adventure.

All classes are hands-on. Everything will be made from scratch and by hand.

We eat what we make! Enjoy the fresh cannoli and coffee at the end of class.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - a new cooking class kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. . All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.
