Expert garden volunteers share their knowledge about the seasonal flowers, plants and shrubs which give each garden its unique character. With insights into a nature-friendly, sustainable approach to gardening.

Please note: Garden tours are run by a small volunteer team, so occasional dates need to be cancelled each month. If you are visiting to attend a tour, please confirm it is going ahead by calling in advance on 0191 383 1832.

Free, included with admission to the gardens. Donations welcome.

Meet at the admissions hut by the entrance.

This is an outdoor event, we recommend weather appropriate clothing and shoes.
