November Native American Heritage events calendar release!

NAPAC and DSD’s Native American Education Program are excited to partner with Visit Durango and the Center of Southwest Studies (CSWS) to announce the lineup of November events celebrating Native American Heritage Month!

📍 Location: CSWS Gallery & Courtyard

The announcement will take place in the CSWS gallery, with an official overview of the events happening throughout November. Guests are also invited to explore the featured exhibition: From the Fringes: Diné Textiles that Disrupt.

Afterward, join us in the CSWS courtyard for tastings from the Durango Library’s Cookbook Club, featuring recipes from Freddie Bitsoie’s New Native Kitchen, along with drinks and a hands-on creative workshop open to all ages.
