Wednesdays, October 1, 8, 22 and 29 from 5:30-6:45pm
Join us for this series exploring mindfulness and meditation with a particular emphasis on kindness as essential to the establishment of practice. We will explore the basics of Dharma as well as exploring practical ways to bring mindfulness into our lives, our work and our relationships. There will be guided meditations, short talks, discussion and inquiry.
