About the Event
Using a combination of upright seating and mats for laying down, We will be engaging in a variety of methods and techniques to cleanse and clear the energetic system with the primary focus being the chakras, our energy centres, transcending the aura and benefiting every aspect of your being, energetically, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Through relaxation and slowing down the brainwaves, we can bypass the busy, conscious mind and here we can tap into the subconscious unlocking and releasing harmful, negative or unhelpful energies that may be stored in the body or energy field that serve no purpose and replace with more positive, peaceful and uplifting energies encouraging deep healing and enabling reprogramming and transformation to occur.
With the focus being on shifting and releasing energetic barriers and promoting deep relaxation, we will be utilising the therapeutic benefits of the following:
The voice, the breath, the senses, the power of intention, meditation, visualisations, crystal healing, Reiki drumming, mantras, affirmations and clear quartz singing bowls.
Some techniques to include:
✅ Chakra Balancing - A gentle routine using the breath, intention and arm positions to encourage a positive flow of energy to anchor into each chakra
✅ Vocal Sounding - Powerful technique to cleanse the energetic system from the inside out, using the combined power of the voice and the breath to expel unbalanced incoherence stored within the chakras
✅ Guided Meditation - invoking mental imagery
✅ Reiki Drumming - Reiki infused drumbeat to create rhythmic vibrations to aid in relaxation and the slowing of the brainwaves
✅ Chanting - Verbally or silently in mind to bring focus, clarity and concentration creating a deep sense of appreciation of the present moment
✅ Crystal Healing - Utilising the frequencies and vibrations emitted from the crystals to balance and harmonise the chakras
