�Behind the Sounds: Our Setup Ritual�

Before every sound bath session, We take a few sacred moments to center ourselves, cleanse the space, and make sure each bowl is tuned and the gongs are stable and playing as they should.
We also use:
� Palo santo to clear old energy �
� Make sure Intentions are set for peace + presence�
� Also that the Bowls are gently awakened to sing their song!!�

These behind-the-scenes rituals are just as important as the sound itself. They ensure that when you walk into the space, you’re held in pure, healing frequency. �
