This 60-minute immersive session combines the healing vibrations of multiple instruments, amplifying the benefits of sound therapy amidst the serene ocean backdrop during sunset—an optimal time for deep relaxation and renewal.
Please park at North Beach Parking Lot and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or beach chair for your comfort. Eye masks are optional; loaners are available.
