Come join us for a refreshing and inspiring SUP Yoga class on the water! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned paddler, this experience blends yoga, nature, and mindfulness in the most magical way.
🌅 Wednesday Night Flow & Float SUP Yoga
A perfect blend of energy and ease. First, flow with a playful vinyasa, then melt into stillness with yin. This balanced yang & yin class is a midweek reset on the water.
📍 Launch location: San Jose Park, free parking available in park & neighborhood
🕒 Launch Time: 7pm, please arrive in enough time to unload or inflate your board for a timely launch
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
• A calming practice & gentle movement on your paddleboard
• Connection to nature and your breath
• Time to float, relax, and let the water do its magic
• Supportive guidance for all levels
💦 Cost:
• $15 BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) — includes yoga, guidance & good vibes. Bring your own safety gear & anchor
• $40 with board rental — includes paddleboard, safety gear & anchor. Limited supplies; prepayment required in advance of class; purchase your ticket now).
✅ What to Bring:
• Paddleboard, PFD (personal flotation device), and anchor (if BYOB)
• Water, sunscreen, towel, dry bag
• Water shirt, bathing suit or yoga-friendly waterwear
• Water shoes (needed for muddy entries, and shells)
• An open heart and sense of adventure
