The Wave!

What to expect:
The wave is a free-dance meditation loosely based on Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms.
It is an opportunity to dance and move your body and release tension and emotions stored there from the stress of daily living.
The music flows through different energies, evoking different emotions and you can dance in your own space without judgement and enjoy interpreting and expressing the music in a way that feels good to you.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
The dance meditation will last 45 minutes and there will be an opportunity to chat over a hot drink and cookie afterwards

Jo Fairweather completed meditation leader training at Humaniversity in Edmond Ann Zee, Netherlands.
She and her partner Tomas Sobek lived in the therapeutic community where they participated in and trained to lead many different social meditations

Cost for this first event is free - we hope to continue on a regular basis with a cost of $5
