About the Event:
Join us under the radiant energy of the full moon for Sacred Cacao: Lunar Light, a heart-opening cacao ceremony designed to align your spirit, release what no longer serves you, and welcome deep inner clarity.
Cacao is an ancient sacred plant medicine known for its ability to gently guide us into our hearts. Under the guidance of the moon, we will drink ceremonial-grade cacao in community and step into sacred space together.
What to Expect:
• Ceremonial Cacao Blessing: Guided cacao preparation and intention setting.
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork: Grounding breath and heart-activating meditation.
• Lunar Reflection: Journaling and moon-aligned prompts to release and renew.
• Movement & Integration: Gentle intuitive movement to embody the moon’s energy.
• Community Connection: Sharing circle to close the ceremony in unity.

• Yoga mat pillow and blanket
• Journal and pen
• Comfortable clothes with warm layers
• An open heart and your intentions
