Commemorate the life of historical poet Qu Yuan by joining us at Lan Yuan for an evening of family friendly activities.

Experience the rare beauty of the garden at night in autumn, lit up with lights, glowing paper bag luminaries, and water lily lanterns. And keep an eye out for the hidden dragons spirited throughout the garden!
Get hands-on at the craft station, make your own paper dragon boat or create a shining luminaire to take home for your own garden.

Spend quality time with the whole family this long weekend at a fun outdoor movie night under the stars —kicking off at 5pm! Bring your deck chairs, blankets, and a picnic dinner, to sit back, relax, and enjoy animated adventure Kung Fu Panda Two.

If adverse weather conditions occur, reduced offerings will be available in Toitū’s On the Move gallery with entry/exit via the south end of the building with no admission charge.
