Weekend pop up outdoor yoga Class - Saturday morning, at 9.00am

Come join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga session, at Muirhead and Birkhill bowling club.

Start your weekend off right with calming breathwork, gentle and invigorating stretches, and dynamic yoga flow. Take time to connect with your mind, body and soul .

Sutibale for most levels - no experience necessary - just bring yourself and a yoga mat if you have one. (Please let me know if you don't have one) and if you have any questions, please get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.
