Wednesday Douglas Sports Centre Walk

A short health walk lasting around an hour leaving from Douglas Sports Centre at 1:15pm, we meet up from 1pm in the foyer of the centre. On our walk we may take in some of the green space around Dawson Park and the Duntrune Community Garden.
Walkers have the option to go on a slower/shorter walk or a faster/longer walk depending on their ability. There is a walk to suit all abilities and we decide on the day.
All our Walk Leaders have the Paths for All Walk Leader qualification.
On our return to the centre we have a free tea/coffee and a blether.
