Thursday Club Run - Riverside Park [BEGINNER FRIENDLY]

This week your run organiser is Alison and we will be doing 🏞️Riverside Nature Park 🏞️. This is a BEGINNER FRIENDLY route, if you are new to canicross and not up to running a full 5km yet then this is the run for you! At Riverside park we do several loops returning to the car park each time so you can just do one loop, two loops, take a break between loops...whatever you feel able to do. Don't worry about needing to go fast to keep up, there will be someone running with you at your pace.

Headtorches are now required as it is starting to get dark on the evenings now.
