Tension Tamer - TAKEOVER TUESDAY for AUGUST

This class uses yoga poses, functional movement techniques, and muscle release using therapy balls to relieve the tension in some of the body's most notorious areas.

If you are stressed, with sore shoulders, sore neck, sore back or even hips, this class is a great way to lay all of this down ahead of the week ahead.

These classes are Pay What you Can from £4-£12.
