Summer Solstice with Maureen

Welcome the Summer Solstice and celebrate International Day of Yoga with Maureen on Saturday June 21st.

Join us for a fiery flow practice of as we move through dynamic sun salutations in their traditional forms and with new creative variations. Lots of fun spiral sequencing for hip and shoulder mobility.

Extra time at the end to unwind with some grounding longer held postures and a relaxing savasana with sound!

This workshop is open to everyone with all levels of yoga experience.
