✨ *A mindful movement workshop to reconnect, release, and remember ✨

In this semi-structured session we’ll draw from the elements and be inspired by the rhythms and sacred symbols of the natural world, as we move these energies through and with our bodies.

What you can expect:
A grounding exercise, gentle warm-up, centring and aligning of posture
Guided movement incorporating a blend of dance styles
Freestyle, expressive dancing that invites you to move in a way that feels intuitive, fluid, and free
Finishing with a gentle cool down, stretch and sharing
