New Moon Reset 🌙

Are you ready to reset after a busy week/month?

Join us for an evening of connection, as we work with the energy of the new moon to set clear goals & intentions for the month ahead, take part in a powerful breathwork session & then finish off with a relaxing sound meditation.

All you need to bring is an open mind, water bottle, some blankets or pillows for comfort if you wish.

I have yoga mats but if you would like to bring your own then please do. For the sound meditation, comfort is key so blankets, pillows and even an eye mask would be suitable for you to be relaxed as possible.

* Please inform me of any high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues before taking part in the breathwork

** Sound baths are not suitable for anyone who is in their first trimester of pregnancy, if you have epilepsy or a pace maker.
