To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we are inviting carers to join us at an event that will provide tools and helpful tips to help manage mental wellbeing:

😔 Presentation on carers guilt and coping strategies for managing guilt and mental health
🛍️ Opportunity to create a mental health first aid bag and select items provided by the centre
🥪💬Lunch and an opportunity to speak with other staff/carers

Carers can be signed up by a Dundee Carers Centre staff member or call the centre on 01382 200422.
