Handcuffing - Safe Use of Mechanical Restraints

learn the skills and techniques in the implementation of handcuffs, becoming a competent handcuff user. Course content includes law in relation to handcuffs, ACPO guidance, human rights act, health and safety, PUWER 1998 regulations. Techniques include front stack rear butterfly, kneeling restraint and safe prone restraint.
