Venue: Boomerang community centre, Stobswell, Dundee.
A gentle, supportive space to explore all forms of grief — including the loss of a loved one, relationship breakdowns, estrangement, illness, identity shifts, pet loss, or any life change that’s left you grieving.
You are welcome here, whether your grief is fresh or decades old, whether you’re ready to talk or just need to be in the company of others who understand.
Open to all adults. Free to attend. No pressure to speak.
Come as you are — share, listen, or simply sit in stillness.
