Go Deeper Vol. 4

Open to all, this 2.5hr yoga workshop will meet you where you are and provide the space to build a relationship with Pranayama, Asana & Savasana.

Do you ever feel like 1hr or even a 90 min class is just not enough? If so, perhaps this is your opportunity to discover your potential and immerse yourself in a deeper practise. This class is designed to build strength, resilence and to iron out the knots and noise from everyday life. Of course, it wouldn't be a workshop without refreshing, nourishing juices & snacks to finish.
