⚡️COMBAT CIRCUITS - FIT 4 KIDS⚡️

These are non-contact fun fitness circuit classes for 4-10yrs and teens, training on their fitness.
45 minutes of high energetic fun workout stations, adapted for all age groups and abilities.

💯Fitness helps kids physical and mental wellbeing.
💯Gives an outlet for excess energy to burn off.
💯Helps calm the mind, their focus and concentration.
💯Builds stronger muscles, bones and physique. 💯Lowers risks of poor health conditions. 💯Promotes more positive and stronger mindset for every day challenges.
💯Creates friendly peer competitiveness and encouragement.

Starting Monday 27th October, at East Coast Krav Maga Scotland, 69 Victoria Street, Dundee DD4 6EA.
✅️Juniors - 4.00-4.45pm
✅️Teens - 5.00-5.45pm
