Blooming Charcuterie Workshop

Learn how to create a beautiful 10" x 10" spring inspired Charcuterie arrangement on an eco friendly palm leaf plate. Participants will learn how to create a beautiful arrangement using artisanal cured meats, cheeses, seasonal fresh and dried fruits, artisanal chocolates, and other delicious grazing acoutrema, and learn basic Garde Manger (gar-ma-jay).





Workshop Includes

▪︎ guided instructions on how to create a beautiful charcuterie and cheese arrangement.
